The Indiana Blacksmith Association (IBA) is putting on a woodturning-related day of events. All CICAAW members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The event's host, Gerald Williams, is a member in both organizations.

Metal Spinning & Tool Forging

Dale Miner will be demonstrating metal spinning on a wood lathe. Dale is a woodturning in the Ohio Valley Woodturners Guild (OVWG).

Turning Tool Forging

The IBA blacksmiths will demonstrate tool forging, annealing, hardening, etc.

Pitch-in Lunch

Bring a dish to share.

Directions:

• Take US50 to Ripley County Road 950 West
• Turn north (LOOK for IBA ANVIL sign)
• Continue 1/4 mile to YIELD sign (BASE RD.)
• Turn right
• Then turn at the first house on the left
• Taking the 1st drive to the BARN.
