This is a LARGE vacuum chuck.

It was made, and given to me, by my good friend Jerry A. He used kiln dried hard maple for the base, threaded it for my spindle size, cut a PVC 8" pipe coupling in half, and glued the coupling into a groove he turned in the face. Thank you Jerry.
